S&B USA boasts a 75-year history of successfully delivered heavy civil development and construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. In the past decade, our growth has allowed us to tackle bigger projects than ever before, and we are currently spearheading two Mega P3 projects: the
largest bundled bridge project delivered under a P3 agreement (
PennDOT Major Bridges) and the first green-financed, split delivery, large-scale flood protection resiliency P3 (
Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion Channel).
We currently operate as the United States entity of our multi-domestic parent company, Shikun & Binui Ltd. This allows us to leverage over a century of global experience and collective knowledge while still prioritizing and embodying local autonomy. S&B USA is supported by our

Concessions, and Energy sectors, which work together to bridge knowledge gaps and foster innovative infrastructure solutions. Our focus lies in alternative delivery projects, as they offer more cohesion between the design and construction elements of our industry. A pioneering spirit lies at the heart of our company, driving us to excel in the concessions, and construction markets. Our global presence traces back to the early days of the State of Israel, where we began integrating our work in the nation's landscape nearly 25 years before it gained independence. We've constructed vital infrastructure like roads, bridges, and multi-family housing; pioneered innovations such as desalinization plants and solar fields; and created some of the nation's founding landmarks, including the iconic Knesset.
In our hometown of Pittsburgh, our legacy is etched into the city's history. We've built iconic landmarks like the casino amphitheater, the Water Steps, the Sarah Heinz Wall, and the revered Mr. Rogers Statue. We are also proud providers of navigable waterways through our two-decade relationship completing projects at various locks and dams located along the Monongahela and Ohio Rivers. Our recent ventures have expanded to include endeavors such as the creation of downtown's
Frankie Pace Park, the road and bridge infrastructure that connects to the new
Pittsburgh International Airport terminal, and a statewide P3 project that is delivering six major bridge packages.
We are also active in Baltimore, where we have constructed enhancements to the urban landscape along the Inner Harbor. Our influence extends further, including vital contributions to the network of roads and bridges, such as the critical arteries of the I-495 Beltway and surrounding areas, as well as vital marine infrastructure in the bustling port of Baltimore.
Finally, we also play an indispensable role in Virginia Beach. There, we have constructed infrastructure for the Norfolk naval shipyard's facility, as well as essential roads and bridges that knit together the fabric of Hampton Roads, the latter of which reflects our commitment to progress and connectivity to every community in which we serve.
